Patch release: CVs and cover letters default outside ~/.applyr/ (visible to a normal file browser), plus three commands (cv keywords, cv cover-letter, cv review-blind) that silently broke the moment output_dir or cv_master diverged from the old default, caught by CI on the first test to exercise cv cover-letter end to end.
