These the basic categories in which the scripts have been categories:
- analysis - contains all my scripts related to anaalysis and plotting of isolated halos data
- initialisation - contains the 1D initialisation profile of different halos
- cosmo_analysis - constaains scraaipts related to analysis and plotting of cosmological simulation data
- installation - contains the nstall script for differrent software packagees like YT.
