Make a new tab under the CS Exec Script tab with the subject's name, copy and paste the script and record their answers.

not interrupt the subjects answer
ask follow up questions for further qualification and insight (why do think that is? Why do you feel that way? Can you tell me more?
take notes on their responses
record the interview to go over later
