contracts/,alerts/,scripts/,src/, andfrontend/, plus a rootREADME.mdthat links to each module doc. Each README includes the module’s purpose, how to run it, and a file map to help contributors navigate the codebase.Related Issue

Documentation-only change. No code paths were modified, so I did not run application tests. I verified the README files were added in the correct module directories and that the root README links to each one.
