Text render only renders on update now (using a cache TOP)
Only the new rectangles per frame are rendered (this was the main performance boost)

Changes are annotated in the TD network and commented out in the serial callbacks

Might break recent changes for M8v2

Took current .toe file that supports m8 02 and added optimized rendering of the rectangles and text
