feat(amazon): support for TFA, compatibility with amazon.de in 12-2025/01-2026

Amazon updates

• Updates selectors to work with today’s amazon.de
• A slightly bigger change is how the popups are handled. Instead of counting up the index and hoping for the best, we select the existing popups before we click the invoice popup and the one that wasn’t there before is the correct one

TFA

• Added a little bit of infrastructure to support various flavors of TFA
• Currently supported strategies are OTP based on a key and OTP based on a literal OTP
• The infra exists to add support for providers so that e.g. HashiCorps vault could be used or 1Password or whatever. This is not yet implemented because I don't have the time for it but somebody could easily add it, the infra is there

This should fix at least #1595 and #1583
