Adds a clickable YouTube thumbnail as the primary hero content of the README, right below the 'Try the live demo' badge. Replaces the 'Demo video coming soon' placeholder in the How It Works section with the actual link. Video: https://youtu.be/TjIFE7yhzrg (unlisted, hosted on the Disruptive Works channel).
