docs(readme): upgrade demo video to native inline player - #106

Replaces the YouTube thumbnail link with a native GitHub video player hosted on user-attachments CDN. Visitors can now watch the 2-minute demo without leaving the repo page. - Native <video> tag with controls, muted-start, and playsinline for iOS compatibility. - Kept a small link to the YouTube canonical URL below the player for users who want to view it there (fullscreen, share, analytics).
