- Add py2exe configuration file.
- Rename async to asynchronous because breaks Python > 3.7 Drop pycurl for curl_cffi. Pycurl doesn't work on Windows when using TLS 1.3 because of schannel issues. curl_cffi embeds openssl libraries which do not rely on schannel.
- Multiple fixes to make it compatible with wxPython Phoenix.
