This folder contains the data used for the analyses presented in Yirgu et al. (2022).Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers for genetic diversity and population structure study in Ethiopian barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) germplasm, in BMC Genomic Data.

Genotypes are in hardcoded format i.e. coded as 0, 1, and 2, for homozygous reference, heterozygous, and homozygous alternative respectively.

The analysis was performed in R using several packages.
