Setup

npm install

Copy the environment variables file and fill in your values:

cp .env.local.example .env.local

Edit .env.local:

ADMIN_PASSWORD=your_strong_password_here
ADMIN_KEY=a_random_secret_string_here

Run the development server:

npm run dev

Open http://localhost:3000.

Admin Panel

Visit /admin to access the admin panel.

Features:

• add and delete notifications (with PDF or image attachments)
• update the resolution text
• add and remove general council members
