Enhance design docs with integration plan diagrams

Added detailed Gantt and flowchart diagrams for Omega1 to Omega2 integration plan and related tasks. These diagrams are generated with mermaid. They are located in the README for the design docs directory. Note that the preview feature in github successfully generates both diagrams.

This first draft is intended to be a starting place for planning and discussion and does not reflect settled deadlines or priorities.

@cbegeman this looks very nice. Both options are nice to have. The Gantt chart gives a view of the overall task schedule and the flow diagram shows all the connections. Nice work.

I am curious is it possible to change the font or color of the text or style? I had a hard time reading the light gray.

Yes, we can change those text settings. Can you point me to which elements you had trouble reading? For the flow chart, I'm not sure how much we can get the text size larger; I was thinking we'd just zoom in.

This looks excellent @cbegeman! I agree we can just zoom in instead of increasing text. Happy to bring this in and modify as we get more on the coupling side.
