Update the use of ilamb for land BGC

Land and BGC group is coming up with new config to support v3 evaluation (thanks to @BunnyVon ), the ilamb config in zppy needs to be updated.

@chengzhuzhang , I need to clarify that: this list only represents what standalone ilamb uses in RUBISCO. I need a full ilamb analysis for v2 BGC paper I'm working on. It doesn't represent land or BGC groups' needs as a whole. However, it can be a good start point for you to expand zppy-ilamb

also, I am only confident with the preprocessing script. I'm working on ilamb.cfg now. will update you when I'm satisfied with it :)

I just saw your questions on confluence page. I would put a hold on the .cfg file. I just have the preprocessing script finalized and am testing ilamb.cfg . I would use the one I'm testing instead of this version. cgbc.v2.elm.cfg I listed on the page may be out of date relative to the current ilamb
