I suggest delaying this commit pending an overall decision on standardization of punctuation for multi-clause segments of Ricardian contracts. For sake of consistency, all similar blocks of clauses across all RC's in the repo should be either with commas, or without. That decision most likely to be made at the "governance" repo self-governance level, whenever that process is put in place. |

oh I also attempted to fix that in my other PR #28 .. that other PR has non-cosmetic changes though. |
