Related to Issue #868.
In the current code,
EOSIO_DISPATCH_INTERNALassumes the existence of boolean variableexecuted. There are two external entry points for that:While
executedis defined inEOSIO_ACTIONS, it is not defined inEOSIO_DISPATCH. This quick fix addsexecutedtoEOSIO_DISPATCH(and does nothing else), so the assumption of the existence ofexecutednow holds in both paths.
