Please Review with Alex, and merge the changes into the existing ProcessEvents.xsd so we maintain a single file rather then two separate one's please. |

To add support for message partitioning, this new xsd containing a new type 'NotifyPartitionSessionManifestEvent' will be used to support receiving systems and their consumption of multi part messages.
