Launch Script Wishlist

• Deploy from local files instead of repo
• Launch other job types (Deployments/Inference/whatever)
• Validate how it handles more complex deployment types (e.g., separate instance for conditioning embeddings)
• Load local entrypoint/yaml instead of remote. Remote is too slow for local dev.
