This is the start to address #529
It removes the
is4Dchecks. This still doesn't handle an instance if a dataset is 4D where the first dimension should be sliced.Permutation will be handled after fetch.
Still a lot of instances of
is4Din the code to cleanup before #529 can be considered resolved.
