- add sentinel errors for standard HTTP statuses
- introduce APIError with errors.Is() and errors.As() support
- map provider HTTP responses to sentinel errors
- add tests for APIError unmarshalling and provider error handling
- keep ErrorResponse as an alias for backward compatibility
