ContextPilot Hermes telemetry + exact/near-duplicate regression tests.
Tested:
/usr/local/lib/hermes-agent/venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/test_block_dedup_regression.py tests/test_hermes_plugin_patch.py tests/test_hermes_contextpilot_monitor.py -qPrivacy: telemetry is metadata-only; no raw prompts/messages/tool payloads.
