This PR improves the UX of the Bitcoin Trading Simulation by:

  1. Correcting Documentation: The README incorrectly stated the project was C++. It is now accurate and includes quick start instructions.
  2. Visual Polish: The CLI output now uses ANSI colors (Green/Red/Purple) and emojis to clearly distinguish Buy/Sell actions and Profit/Loss status, reducing cognitive load.
  3. Dependency Management: Added requirements.txt for easier setup.

No logic changes were made to the simulation strategy.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10943798974428900889 started by @EiJackGH

Summary:
- Updated README.md to correctly describe the project as Python-based and added usage instructions.
- Added requirements.txt.
- Enhanced bitcoin_trading_simulation.py output with ANSI colors and emojis for better readability.
- Initialized .Jules/palette.md for UX learnings.
