🎨 Palette: CLI Arguments & Accessibility

💡 What: Added argparse to allow CLI configuration and accessibility flags.
🎯 Why: Users could not customize the simulation without editing code, and the output was verbose and potentially inaccessible.
📸 Before/After:

• Before: python bitcoin_trading_simulation.py (fixed 60 days, spammy colored output)
• After: python bitcoin_trading_simulation.py --days 100 --initial-cash 5000 -q --no-color (configurable, quiet, plain text)
  ♿ Accessibility: Added --no-color for users who cannot see ANSI colors or use incompatible terminals. Added --quiet to reduce cognitive load.
