💡 What: Added CLI arguments for customization and accessibility features (quiet mode, no-color).
🎯 Why: To make the tool more flexible, scriptable, and accessible for users who prefer different configurations or need to disable ANSI colors.
📸 Before: Static script, hardcoded values, always colored/verbose.
📸 After: Customizable via flags like --days 100 --quiet --no-color.
♿ Accessibility: Added --no-color flag to support non-ANSI terminals and users with visual preferences.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 501869734802177718 started by @EiJackGH

- Added `argparse` to `bitcoin_trading_simulation.py` to allow customizing simulation parameters (`--days`, `--initial-cash`, etc.).
- Implemented `--quiet` mode to suppress daily ledger output.
- Implemented `--no-color` mode for accessibility and logging support.
- Replaced placeholder `test.py` with functional `test_bitcoin_trading.py` using `pytest`.
- Updated `README.md` with new usage instructions.
- Added `__pycache__` and `.pytest_cache` to `.gitignore`.
