Similarly, using `.append()` in a class method that is called repeatedly on the same object state causes unbounded memory growth and severe performance penalties.
**Action:** Replace `std::to_string` and `+` concatenations with fixed-size stack arrays (`char buffer[N]`) and `std::snprintf()` for building formatted strings. Always prefer direct assignment (`=`) over `.append()` when rebuilding internal string state to avoid memory leaks.
