Summary

Add contact information fields to the backend UI offer create/edit modal.
Populate existing primary contact data when editing offers.
Validate and send contact payloads when saving offers.
Update frontend offer cards to use contact fallback priority: email → LinkedIn → name → offer URL.

Verification

Ran npm run build in backend/ui.
Ran npm install then npm run build in frontend.
