docs: overhaul readme

Summary

Overhauls the default Next.js README with a comprehensive, hackathon-ready README for MealCraft.

Changes

• Added tech stack badges (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, OpenRouter, Gemini, Vercel, Vitest, RTL, Playwright, ESLint)
• Added centered title, tagline, and "Try It Now" button linking to live deployment
• Added Overview section explaining the app's purpose
• Added How It Works section with 5 numbered steps
• Added Key Features section highlighting 7 features
• Added categorized Tech Stack breakdown (Frontend/Backend/Testing)
• Added Getting Started section with prerequisites, installation steps, and scripts table
• Added Team section with all 4 contributors
• Added Credits section acknowledging fonts, icons, AI services, and tools
• Added Future Roadmap section with planned features
