Clinician ambassadors are the distribution moat of EvidenceOS in regions where institutional procurement takes years. An active ambassador:
- Uses BRIDGE-TBI and Aya at their facility
- Reports real-world outcomes back to the EvidenceOS evidence loop
- Trains colleagues (the RAIGH multiplier effect)
- Advocates for EvidenceOS in local professional society meetings
- Feeds local context (T×M×P physiological corrections) back to the research pipeline
The network is structured as a three-tier system:
- Tier 1 — Individual Ambassador: trained clinician user at a verified facility
- Tier 2 — Site Lead: Ambassador who trains ≥3 colleagues and manages local deployment
- Tier 3 — Country Champion: Site Lead in a target country who engages professional societies and Ministry of Health
The Ambassador Network is jointly governed with PAATHI. Country Champions in PAATHI-signatory countries have a formal role in PAATHI governance (observer status on Clinical Advisory Board).
Clinical community contributions — case reports, feedback forms, translated materials — are the primary contribution type. See CONTRIBUTING.md.
