To replicate this bug:
Fill a survey with alternative treatment, in review screen click on age, and change by 1, pregnant, mixed. The values of the alternative treatment is sent..
Other case:
fill a survey with treatment, move to rdt, and select negative or invalid. and the survey send the treatment values.
