@mari-s4e told me they requested the ERA5 datasets (temperature and precipitation) already. Should we add the API as we aimed to do with my request, or do we keep it separated?

@KathiSchleidt They made the request in this issue and she told me about it here /FAIRiCUBE/FAIRiCUBE-Hub-issue-tracker/issues/53#issuecomment-2112621995.
The metadata are not yet present in the catalog so I don't have the link. The link to the main source I guess is the same as the one I used, but ask @mari-s4e for confirmation.

• Near surface meteorological variables: https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/cdsapp#!/dataset/derived-near-surface-meteorological-variables?tab=overview

@KathiSchleidt I'm trying to understand the status of this request. Here's the status in rasdaman:

1. I imported a datacube ERA5_Land_monthly. This corresponds roughly to ChangeType.update stac_dist/ERA5_global_climate_data/ERA5_global_climate_data.json #272 which is about access of the cdsapi directly instead of the rasdaman datacube?
2. Mohit has imported a datacube near_surface_air_temperature:
   • does it match this data request, or
   • should something be changed, or
   • is the datacube again irrelevant as the UC partners will use the cdsapi directly to download data?
