Corrects Approach Surface azimuth: Start→End now uses the outward azimuth inverted by 180°, End→Start follows the outward azimuth.
Honors active runway/threshold selections even when “Selected Only” is unchecked; falls back to first feature only when no selection exists.
Keeps the threshold-based end detection to choose the correct outward direction.
