The runtime is divided into five specialized, decoupled chambers:

  1. POPEYE (Network Gossip & Transport Layer): Manages peer discovery (mDNS / static seed nodes) and gossip propagation of blocks and transactions using libp2p-gossipsub. POPEYE behaves purely as the node's sensory system and has no write-access to execution state.
