Introduce a new 'Logging & Debugging' guide (docs/code/code-basics/logging.md) that documents Log levels, logging objects and exceptions, DebugOverlay drawing (shapes, text, duration), and editor-only Gizmos with usage examples and tips. Also update docs/code/code-basics/toc.yml to include the new page.
