fix: backtick in --raptor-profile usage mangled the help flag table

pflag's UnquoteUsage treats a backticked phrase as the flag's value
placeholder, so the help table rendered '--raptor-profile praxis
status' instead of '--raptor-profile string'. Drop the backticks and
add a regression test asserting every login string flag presents as
'string' (cf. issue #66's missing-flag confusion — same failure
surface).
