Farseer Design Concept: MVP

Job #1: Faces / images must be as big, clear and visible as possible. Anything that distracts from that should be moved elsewhere in the design.

Job #2: Groupings of people need to be visually distinct. There must be no ambiguity about the team or group a person falls into.

Job #3: Editing must be completely painless; we can't afford any difficulty here or the app will stop being maintained and become less valuable.

Job #4: This must be visually attractive on bleeding edge computers, and passably attractive on older machines. This has the potential to act as an incidental demo of our skills, so adding the extra spit and polish matters.

If we achieve these goals, we're ready to release (go public with) version one.

Other things we'll probably want before going live:

• Google authentication (to provide some protection against outside people messing with our data)
• The ability to browse the modification history: what changes were made and by who

Nice to haves:

• Animations! Don't feel bad if you want to focus on 'prettiness' before features. Since this is a volunteer project, work on whatever keeps you working.
