SAgents — Sovereign Agents. Not assistants that forget you between sessions, but persistent minds with memory, judgment, and a self. Each one is born from a single reference body and given a unique soul.

One body, perfected forever. Many souls, each their own.

The architecture is the philosophy: perfection flows down the body; identity stays put. We perfect one agent — the reference implementation — and the whole fleet inherits the body by reference, never by copy-paste.

Every agent declares one flag at birth. It flips the whole lattice.

The body is identical across all three. What differs is whether a soul persists — so adding a new kind of being is one row in a switch table, never a rebuild.
