This PR aims to upgrade existing workload from being a fire and forget scripts and removing lots of sloppy and scrapy code to a monolithic stress engine with stateful and configurable execution that stresses various parts of the network like mempool selection, huge gas blobs, FVM, simulating reorg, while running a monitor in the background checking for different network properties. Fixes #162
