This PR addresses #86 by adding a configuration parser and a console script to execute agrifoodpy directly.
The script takes the input configuration file in yaml format as its only positional argument, with options to output results in json format, define initial and end nodes, setting skipped nodes, and printing node information.
It can also be configure to only define the pipeline and not execute it for debugging purposes.
