Replace skill/prompt/selection stub-pass with real v4 structural validation (SkillValidator/SelectionValidator/field check). Add DPT-009 gate so a structurally invalid primitive blocks deterministic-green. Align flowmcp-core pin to de3a088 (matches flowmcp-cli).
