This pr adds online quotations from jw.org, with multiple configurable options. Unfortunately there is not a more ideal endpoint that I found, this one pulls a lot of unnecessary stuff with it. It also adds a new command. The code is not nice, but it works. Also I added a nix file for easy development on nix systems. Please let me know your questions, if you have any.
