Simulink coder

This branch does the following:

• Updates matlab function to use an updated matlab install path
• Uses simulink coder as opposed to embedded encoder
• Simulink example reads input over stdin instead of file
• S function is used as test harness
• Updates readme of simulink example
• Simulink example builds on host instead of in Docker container in order to use make file generated by simulink coder
