Changes:

• VENDOR_MANIFEST now points to git_commit 82ff991d682b and git_tag fr-v0.52.6.25.
• Bedrock Invoke streaming and ConverseStream vendored code now emits:
  • fortifyroot.llm.streaming.time_to_first_token_ms
  • fortifyroot.llm.streaming.time_to_generate_ms
• Attributes are set only after real text is observed; empty streams leave them absent.
• Existing safety masking, prompt caching, guardrail, usage, event emission, and span end behavior are preserved.
• Vendor dependency manifest updated by the official vendor script.

Vendoring command:

• ./scripts/vendor.sh ../fr-openllmetry-py . fr-v0.52.6.25

Validation:
