DjangoCMS Applicants app (based on Django Voting)

This app aims to provide 'applicants' (registered users) the possibility to apply to an event. 
These events have an application deadline, start date, etc. and can be announced via plugin. 
After the deadline 'voters' will be able to rate the applications.
