Sorting Strings and Dates With Null or Empty Values

I was wondering if there was a way to update this to account for nulls or empty values in the strings or dates? The array copy works well, but if there are null/empty values when I sort the table, the sort gets thrown off and they get placed at random in the output. Thanks!
