Updates rolldown-plugin-solid-oxc to include solid-jsx-oxc as a normal dependencies entry instead of a peerDependency/devDependency, so consumers no longer need to install it explicitly.

Regenerates bun.lock to reflect the new workspace dependency and remove the old peer/alias entries.
