Override Iran flag emoji via IranLionAndSunFlag webfont

Summary

• Override the Iran flag emoji (🇮🇷) with the Lion and Sun (Shir-o-Khorshid) design using a small custom color webfont (IranLionAndSunFlag).
• Apply it globally via CSS @font-face and a narrow unicode-range (U+1F1EE, U+1F1F7), following the same pattern as Vazir — no per-component text wrapping.
• Other text and emoji keep using the existing system / Vazir fonts.

Test plan

• Hard-refresh the app and confirm 🇮🇷 in posts, comments, and display names shows the Lion and Sun glyph
• Confirm other country flags and normal emoji are unchanged
• Confirm Persian/English text (Vazir / system fonts) still renders correctly
• Spot-check Chrome and Firefox (and Windows if possible)
