This PR adds a battery monitoring feature to the TinyGS firmware.
The board config has two new values that describe the GPIO pin that the battery voltage is connected to, and the potential divider ratio that it is connected via. These values can be set in the predefined board templates or through new custom board template fields VBAT and VBATX.
The battery voltage is shown on the dashboard and OLED. Screenshots attached below.
