[STANDBY ROLLBACK] Revert #97 Strawberry promote — DO NOT MERGE unless prod degrades

Pre-staged rollback for the Graphene→Strawberry prod cutover (#97, merge 5ed85863), per the cutover plan's ~30-min watch.

Merging this reverts the entire migration on main and redeploys the previous Graphene image. Safe because the cutover is image-only — no new DynamoDB/S3 write shapes were introduced, so there is nothing to un-migrate in storage.

Do not merge unless prod health degrades during the watch window. If the watch is clean, close this PR (don't merge).

Prod smoke at promote: {about} 200 (v0.9.2), radii 200, get_parent_fault_names 200 (557).

Closing unmerged — prod cutover healthy. 30-min watch: 6/6 ticks, 0 failures; 22+ POST /graphql 200 under live kororaa-prod traffic. The only log errors were a one-off post-deploy cold start + a client query with fault_system: "" (a KeyError in unchanged shared compute — graphene behaved identically; not a regression). Rollback not required.
