S3Hit can now be provided with a TSRIM file and then calculate the energy with dead layer correction. Absolute energy window and time offset can be used when building s3 pixels from the front-back (sector-ring). By default the fractional energy window is used. I also write the energy and time difference to the s3hit so they can be checked after the pixel is built.
