This change enables the SD card library and examples to run on the hardware ATMega32U4 AVR. The pin mappings in Sd2PinMap.h have been updated to the correct pin mappings for the Papilio Duo.
To enable the SD card examples to run on the ATMega32U4 connected to a Classic Computing Shield, a macro define has been added to enable software SPI. This is necessary because the SD slot pins on the shield are not connected to the AVR's hardware SPI pins.
