🎯 What: Adds a missing test coverage for the error handling logic in individual file processing within docs/index.html.
📊 Coverage: Specifically covers the catch block triggered when ImageMagick.read throws an error.
Result: A new Playwright end-to-end test validates that the UI behaves as expected when file processing fails, by correctly counting the failure and logging the error without disrupting subsequent operations. Initiates package.json for managing testing tooling.

Add a new Playwright E2E test to verify the failure handling logic when
ImageMagick fails to process an individual file. It intercepts network
requests to esm.sh to mock the ImageMagick module and validates the application
state and console errors. Also initializes Playwright in the repo.
